Jon Erwin, William Doyle

Past Valor is a narrative of extraordinary heroism, sacrificial love, and a race towards time in World Conflict II by creator Jon Erwin, William Doyle. It’s the story of 1 man’s journey from utter despair to a spot the place no service, honor or braveness may be served: a life illuminated by the sunshine of God’s love.

The fascinating story of Erwin’s life – from his rising up in suburban Birmingham, Alabama, to his unwavering dedication to supporting veterans.
On April 12, 1945, a squadron of American B-29 bombers flew in the direction of Japan. Their mission was easy: Cease the Second World Conflict by burning the cities, factories, and navy bases of imperial Japan, thereby forcing an unconditional give up. Nevertheless it did not go as deliberate.

On one of many B-29s, the Metropolis of Los Angeles, a phosphorus bomb exploded contained in the airplane. Sergeant Henry E. “Purple” Erwin absorbed the blast of burning phosphorus and tried to hurl the still-burning bomb aboard the ship earlier than collapsing from third-degree burns masking his physique.
